Nicole Greenstreet (she/her)
Registered Clinical Counsellor
I work with women who are tired of holding it all together. You don’t have to do it alone. My passion is supporting women in finding balance, feeling truly heard, and reconnecting with themselves—especially when life feels overwhelming.
Many of the women I work with are navigating deep exhaustion, relationship stress, burnout, or the invisible weight of always putting others first. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where your needs matter too.
I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate lens to everything I do. My background includes extensive work at the Thompson Rivers University (T.R.U.), in all aspects of health and wellness support. At the T.R.U. Sexualized Violence Prevention and Response Office, I focused on supporting and advocating for survivors of gender based, sexualized, and intimate partner violence. I worked with students navigating life transitions, depression and suicidality, and overall stress at the T.R.U. Counselling Office. Alongside this, I have experience supporting children, couples, and families with my work through Stepping Stones Counselling Group. Through all of these endeavours, I have always gravitated toward women’s wellness and mental health.
